Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Mccullough Robertson Full time

**We believe that old ways won't open new doors** which is why we have designed a unique Graduate Program that recruits law graduates who have completed our Clerkship Program, as well as those who have not. Our program includes 2 x 9-month rotations, where you will be immersed in different legal teams, gaining exposure, client interaction, and mentoring. This approach gives you greater insight into life at McCullough Robertson and other experiences across the industry.
**Our DNA**
After 96 years, we are still growing and evolving. As a fiercely independent Australian-grown law firm, we deliver more than outcomes and continue to grow and evolve our national practice.
We work on big matters but work in small teams, giving each of our employee's hands-on experience and the ability to develop their own interests and areas of expertise. Our goal is for each and every one of our employees to build a rewarding career which is full of opportunities, satisfying relationships and a sense of achievement.
**Our Graduate Program - What's in it for you?**
Running each year from February, our 18-month program is well established and provides law graduates with valuable practical experience and to see what we're all about at McCullough Robertson. We are renowned for challenging our Graduates early on in their career to pursue both personal and professional development opportunities.
- **Find out what area of law interests you** - our program rotates across our legal teams, so that you can get a comprehensive view of what is involved.
- **18 month personal and professional development program** including mentoring, networking, business development, goal setting, and interview skills. Expect to work closely with our partners and senior lawyers on complex and high-profile matters.
- **Paid education benefits** - as a Graduate, we not only pay for PLT and provide study leave, we want to go a step further and offer our Graduates with a HECS benefit to help you pay off your HECS debt sooner Our people enjoy a diverse benefits program aimed at developing, supporting and celebrating your achievements as you grow and develop your career at McCullough Robertson.
- **Practical on the job experience** to help strengthen your understanding of law concepts and theories you learn at University.
- **Flexible, diverse and inclusive workplace **- embedding our five diversity pillars; Gender, Family and Flexibility, Cultural Diversity, LGBTIQ+ and Disability and Access in everything we do, allowing our people to bring their whole selves to work.
- **Support and mentorship** with a buddy and a supervisor to check in and assist with your development to ensure you are learning, being challenged, and supported from day one.
- **Challenge yourself and represent our firm** in one of our many wellbeing, social and sporting initiatives.
- **Community development opportunities** including pro bono and volunteer work through our Community Partnership Program (CPP).

**At McCullough Robertson, we are known for our down to earth culture**
We strive towards a diverse and inclusive environment that supports our values and creates a collaborative and innovative experience for our people, our clients, and our community partners. We embed initiatives and outcomes which allows our people to bring their whole self to work, every day.
We recognise that it's not all about the legal work and encourage our people to get involved with activities around the firm that are aligned to your interests including professional networking events, diversity projects, committees that drive change, innovation discussions, sporting teams, and casual dress days or morning teas to support community organisations and charities.
