Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our Transfer Science Team at the University of Adelaide. As an Administrative Officer, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Transfer Science Division, including reviewing and uploading resources to the JBI EBP Database using the CONnECT+ software.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and experience of administrative structures and processes, as well as experience in Microsoft Office, including MS Word and MS Excel. You will also have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Transfer Science Division
- Review and upload resources to the JBI EBP Database
- Assist with the development of evidence-based resources
- Provide quality support and assistance to team members and other staff
Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of administrative structures and processes
- Experience in Microsoft Office, including MS Word and MS Excel
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability in copyediting
