
Chief Performance Reporting Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to drive reporting excellence and bring the Council Plan to life.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic performance reports aligned with the Council Plan, ensuring legislative requirements are met.
- Design community-facing reports, including annual reports and mid-year progress updates, that showcase the council's achievements and challenges.
- Collaborate with the executive team through a high-impact Executive Dashboard, supporting strategic decision-making with timely insights and recommendations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field or lesser formal qualification with extensive experience in performance measurement and reporting.
- A proven track record of delivering accurate and timely performance reports, with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and work under time constraints with multiple stakeholders.
- A detailed understanding of the legislative and regulatory requirements guiding the Integrated Planning Framework within Local Government.
- Comprehensive skills using corporate planning and reporting applications and Microsoft Power BI.
