Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Chief Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, from employee onboarding to payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees
  • Manage payroll systems, including time and attendance, benefits, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and other adjustments
  • Maintain data integrity and security of payroll systems
  • Collaborate with internal and external vendors to resolve system issues and implement necessary updates
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries
  • Generate standard and ad hoc payroll reports to support business needs
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing
  • Familiarity with large ERP systems and strong attention to detail
  • Broad understanding of complex Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) and awards
  • Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
