Job Summary
We are seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join our team in the Eastern Suburb areas. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and sales team, and for creating an engaging in-store experience for shoppers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales team
- Design and implement effective in-store displays and promotions
- Use impactful point-of-sale materials to generate shopper interest in our products
- Ensure our products are always available on shelf for shoppers to purchase
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and implement strategies to achieve growth
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
