Job Opportunity

Seeking a qualified Clinical Manager to lead our team in Bowen, Queensland.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents and driving continuous improvement across the site.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, monitor, and implement comprehensive care plans that meet individual resident needs
  • Lead clinical audits and investigations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Supervise, train, and mentor registered nurses and personal care workers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services and promote a culture of excellence
Requirements
  • Degree-qualified nurse with current registration and a minimum of 3 years post-registration experience
  • Proven leadership and clinical expertise, with a strong understanding of aged care standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting changing service demands
