Service Design Professional

We are seeking a talented Service Designer to join our team in Canberra. As a Service Designer, you will play a key role in helping us create innovative solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end customer experience strategies
- Conduct customer research and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Create service blueprints, system maps, and customer journeys to visualize complex systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions
Requirements:
- Extensive human-centered design experience
- Experienced with design thinking, systems thinking, and agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of accessibility requirements and public sector design guidelines
- Proficient in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, and other design tools
