About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Supply Chain Director to lead our ANZ operations. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies that drive operational efficiency, customer service, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with our vision and goals
  • Provide leadership in establishing short- and long-term tactical plans for the Supply Chain function
  • Set and manage budgets, monitor people performance, and ensure delivery on all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, optimising processes across our supply chain network
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in supply chain leadership, preferably within the FMCG or distribution sectors. You will have a proven track record of building and maintaining excellent customer and supplier relationships, as well as influencing stakeholders. You will also have exceptional decision-making, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
