The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Store Director to join our team. In this key leadership position, you will have the opportunity to drive sales growth, build a high-performing team culture, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Job Description

As a Retail Store Director at Seed Heritage, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of retail professionals in delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store operations. You will work closely with State Leadership to develop and implement business strategies, manage stock levels, and optimize visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
  • Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration.
  • Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
  • Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, plus benefits including up to 50% off new season Seed Heritage product range, $1,000 yearly clothing allowance, generous discounts across all Brandbank Group brands, monthly and seasonal bonus potential, and more.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high-volume fashion retail store.Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast-paced store.A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages, and shrinkage KPIs.An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
