Job Description:

As a sales growth driver, you will be instrumental in driving enterprise software sales, focusing on both new account acquisition and expanding existing relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales and a proven ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities include :

  • Meeting or exceeding sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Accurately forecasting opportunity close dates and executing close plans to advance deals.
  • Developing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline (3x rolling pipeline) through consistent prospecting.
  • Building and presenting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Engaging in regular outreach to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Establishing and maintaining key relationships with assigned customer accounts.
  • Delivering compelling presentations and high-level product demonstrations.
  • Maintaining impeccable records in Salesforce with accurate customer, opportunity, and activity information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role will have :

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of enterprise software sales quota attainment.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • A customer-focused, results-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to be a strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence to navigate complex sales processes.
  • The flexibility to work effectively as both a team player and an individual contributor.
