Lead Resort Manager

As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our luxurious resort in Airlie Beach. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a driven team and create exceptional experiences for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading and engaging teams, as well as operational knowledge and expertise in all hotel departments, with a strong focus on rooms divisions, food and beverage, and revenue management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring seamless execution of all activities
  • Lead and engage a high-performing team to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve bottom-line results
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, vendors, and corporate office personnel
