We are seeking a seasoned hospitality leader to spearhead the daily operational success of our resort. This is a hands-on role ideal for an experienced professional with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving top-line revenue and bottom-line results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and engaging a high-performing team to provide an optimal customer experience in a resort environment. They will possess operational knowledge and experience in all hotel departments, with a strong focus on rooms divisions, food and beverage as well as revenue and yield management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Leading and managing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and the community
  • Maintaining a culture of inclusivity and excellence within the resort
