The successful candidate will have operational knowledge and experience in all hotel departments, a strong focus on rooms divisions, food and beverage as well as revenue and yield management.
They will also have a proven ability to develop strategies, make sound decisions to ensure the hotel operates efficiently, and hold relevant licenses.
