Resort Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced resort operations leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our resort, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires a high level of operational knowledge and experience in all hotel departments, with a strong focus on rooms divisions, food and beverage, and revenue and yield management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving and achieving top line revenue and bottom line results.

About the Role:

  • Lead and engage a driven team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a resort environment.
  • Operational knowledge and experience in all hotel departments, including rooms divisions, food and beverage, and revenue and yield management.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including body corporate.
  • Proven experience in driving and achieving top line revenue and bottom line results.
