About this role

This leadership position offers the opportunity to lead and shape strategic initiatives, leveraging subject matter expertise to drive business value.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Solution development using cutting-edge technologies and methodologies
  2. Translation of business requirements into actionable technology solutions
  3. Delivery engagement to provide expert advice and design guidance
  4. Quality oversight throughout project lifecycles
  5. Development of solution proposals and cost models
  6. RFP response creation
  7. Collaboration with project delivery teams as a design authority
  8. Input for customer account plans and roadmaps
  9. Project management through entire lifecycle with high customer satisfaction
  10. Collaboration with service line directors and project managers

Key competencies and skills:

  • University degree in a related field
  • 10+ years of ERP consulting experience - Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions of Dynamics AX
  • Working knowledge of D365 Platform including Power Platform and Azure Integration Services
  • Experience with large international end-to-end ERP implementations
  • Extensive pre-sales experience
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
