Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cash Flow Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to support commercial and corporate decisions in line with strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed financial analysis and modelling to support commercial and corporate finance activities. This will involve analysing market data to forecast future trends and assess potential impacts on the business.

Additionally, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of insights, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. You will also assist in the evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities, including due diligence and integration planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support commercial and corporate finance activities.
  • Analyse market data to forecast future trends and assess potential impacts on the business.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of insights, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Assist in the evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have 3-4 years of experience working in corporate advisory, professional services or within large and complex corporate environments. You will have a CFA/FMVA/CA qualification alongside a degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, science, or a related field.

You will bring a continuous improvement, analytical and problem-solving mindset and 3-way financial modelling expertise. You will have the ability to work within large infrastructure cash flow models and associated investment management principles (IRRs, NPVs, valuation techniques).
