Financial Analyst Opportunity

A high-impact mergers and acquisitions role exists within a specialist advisory firm, driving the execution of significant deals across aged care facilities, retirement villages, and related property assets.

This is a commercially sharp finance-savvy analyst position that will support the close-knit team in delivering strategic value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and model financials of Aged Care & Retirement Living portfolios.
  • Support sales staff with pricing insights and attend client meetings.
  • Prepare marketing reports and investor-grade Information Memorandums.
  • Coordinate due diligence through virtual data rooms.
  • Conduct site inspections and assist in portfolio valuations.
  • Maintain CRM and internal sales databases.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance.
  • Strong financial literacy (balance sheets, modelling, reporting).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and data platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Interest or experience in M&A, transactions, or sales advisory.
