Cyber Security Architect

We are seeking a seasoned OT Cybersecurity Architect to lead our cybersecurity architecture for all OT projects and enterprise integrations. The role requires embedding secure-by-design and secure-by-default principles, ensuring every solution elevates the enterprise's cybersecurity posture, meets regulatory expectations, and aligns with the organization's risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure all designs align with the overall roadmap and strategy.
  • Architectural Modeling: Develop and iterate on both logical and physical models for systems architectures.
  • Solution Evaluation: Assess and select the best architectural solutions, documenting the rationale for all decisions.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the program teams.
  • Program Communication: Help develop and execute a communication strategy to engage staff and stakeholders.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a systems architect in complex technology and/or cybersecurity projects is essential. A strong background in OT, ICS, or control systems environments, with at least 5 years in a dedicated architecture or security design role, is required. Experience securing critical infrastructure, such as transport, rail, energy, utilities, and industrial automation, is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as ISA / IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert, SABSA, CISSP-ISSAP, TOGAF (with security focus), or SANS ICS 410 / 515 are highly desirable. Experience contributing to architecture governance boards, risk forums, and program design reviews is also preferred.
