Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Chief Security Strategist to lead our organization's security efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our security strategy, growing our security capabilities, and ensuring the effective management of security risks.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy aligned with our business objectives.
Build and lead a high-performing security team, focusing on talent development and succession planning.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Design and deliver security awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends, advising on strategies to counter them.
About You
Prior experience in a similar leadership role, with a proven track record of success in security strategy and team management.
Strong technical expertise in security frameworks, risk management, and incident response.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A strong understanding of industry regulations and standards, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
