Operational Excellence Leader

A key role in our organization is to lead a skilled team of dispatchers responsible for timely delivery to customers, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to agreed service levels.
This position presents an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to spearhead the planning, execution, and optimization of the warehouse's outbound order handling processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient processing and distribution of all orders from the warehouse, ensuring timely completion within predetermined service standards
- Identify areas of improvement to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and personnel performance
- Provide guidance and feedback to staff, with a focus on individual development and team performance
- Maintain a balanced labor allocation across the site in collaboration with senior management
- Manage any non-compliance issues related to transportation and the dispatch team
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Forklift License is an advantage
