Job Title: Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing blue-collar teams, with expertise in waste management or similar industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a team of supervisors to achieve operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
- Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading blue-collar teams
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Waste Management or similar industry experience
- Computer skills - proficiency in MS Office suite
- Teamwork - work across multiple departments and build relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to resolve problems effectively
