Job Title: Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a vital role in developing and implementing business growth strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting our services to attract new partners.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum 1-2 years' experience in business development or a similar field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our state team to deliver a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote our services and attract new partners
  • Work with the Marketing Team to plan and develop collateral and campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies and engagement approaches
  • Collaborate with the State Team to deliver a superior customer experience

About You:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in business development or a similar field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with our state team
  • Emotionally intelligent and able to empathize with customers and respond to their changing needs
  • Flexibility to travel for work purposes
