Role Summary

As a skilled Enrolled Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you'll develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored care plans.
  • Resident Care: Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents under the supervision of Registered Nurses or doctors.
  • Patient Well-being: Monitor patients' wellbeing and address their needs promptly and effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care standards.
  • Clinical Procedures: Perform clinical procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection.
  • Record Maintenance: Accurately maintain and document patient records.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to healthcare regulations, standards, and policies to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA Registration: Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals of all levels.
  • Compassion: Empathetic and compassionate approach to residents and their families.
  • Experience: Prior experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of healthcare practices.
