Personal Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at E4 Recruitment. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents in Port Franklin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
  • Support residents with mobility and physical exercises.
  • Administer medication as directed by senior healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care.
  • Experience in aged care is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Empathetic and compassionate approaches to all residents and families.
  • A positive outlook and passion for aged care.
