Strata Manager Opportunity

Deliver high-quality service to clients as a key member of our strata management services team in Hobart.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with owners and committees, providing trusted advice on all strata-related matters.
  • Facilitate Annual General Meetings and other committee or general meetings with professionalism and expertise.
  • Prepare comprehensive budgets, agendas, and minutes, supported by specialized departments.

  • Oversee the placement of insurance policies and coordinate necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure building safety and integrity.

  • Results-driven with ability to take action and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with strong knowledge of financial reports and budgets.
