Strata Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strata Manager to join our team. As a key member of our strata management department, you will be responsible for delivering professional strata management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in any situation.
  • Lead and facilitate Annual General Meetings and other committee or General meetings.
  • Prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes, with the full support of our specialised departments to support you.
  • Apply your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws.
  • Oversee the placement of insurance policies and coordinate necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.
Requirements:
  • You are a problem solver and thrive on delivering solutions.
  • You have experience as a Strata Manager or in a similar role, with the ability to interpret legislation and communicate it clearly.
  • You are great at building relationships and look for win/win solutions.
  • You get things done, take appropriate action, and deliver on commitments and deadlines.
  • You love achieving your goals and celebrating your (and others') success in a team environment.
  • You understand the basics of Microsoft Office programs and have a strong knowledge of financial reports and budgets.
