We're seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our Operations team.
This role is all about driving growth and success in our franchise and corporate restaurants. You'll play a vital role in upskilling our Franchise Partners and Restaurant Managers, supporting them to run profitable and well-performing stores.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating with franchise partners and restaurant managers to gain support for our business strategies;
- Analysing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial management issues impacting store profitability;
- Providing expert advice and guidance to help our franchisees achieve their goals;
- Growing sales and local market share through effective marketing and branding strategies;
- Developing franchise partners and their teams, aligning with our learning & development, succession planning, and growth strategies;
