Job Title: Longwall Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled professional to support an upcoming on-site role in Underground Mining and Longwall equipment maintenance planning.

About the Role:
  • Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans for underground mining assets, including Longwall equipment.
  • Manage and create Bill of Materials (BOMs) efficiently.
  • Oversee parts management to ensure availability and accuracy.
  • Support the development and implementation of effective maintenance strategies.
  • Contribute to reliability improvements across plant and equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with operations, maintenance, and supply teams.
About You:
  • Mechanical trade qualifications or significant site-based experience are required.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a maintenance planning role within mining or resources is essential.
  • Proficiency in SAP software is necessary.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills are crucial.
  • A solid understanding of shutdown processes and work management systems is vital.
  • Experience developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for asset performance is beneficial.
  • Ability to facilitate planning workshops and liaise across all levels is desirable.
  • A strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement is expected.
