About the Role

Experience the thrill of our busiest and most fun time of year as a Christmas Casual at Hype DC stores across multiple locations. This is an opportunity to bring energy, good vibes, and a can-do attitude to every shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional customer experiences by making every interaction memorable.
  2. Support your team in achieving sales and performance goals.
  3. Maintain stock levels by receiving, restocking, and keeping shelves well-stocked.
  4. Pick and pack click & dispatch orders efficiently.
  5. Ensure the store looks fresh and tidy at all times.
  6. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment with a can-do attitude.
What We're Looking For:
  • Affordable availability throughout October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
  • While retail experience is beneficial, it's not essential.
  • Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Self-motivation and a drive to achieve goals.
  • An open mind to learning, feedback, and personal growth.
