A forward-thinking higher education institution seeks a skilled and versatile Product Owner/Business Analyst to spearhead transformation projects.
This critical role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on student experience by delivering a major Student Management System project.
Main Responsibilities:- Act as Product Owner for transformation initiatives, managing requirements, backlogs, and stakeholder priorities.
- Conduct business analysis, process mapping, and solution design for complex systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.
- Lead workshops, elicit requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Support the delivery of a major Student Management System implementation.
- Engage with stakeholders across business and academic areas to drive adoption and change.
- Proven experience in consulting with a focus on transformation projects, preferably in higher education.
- Strong Product Owner and Business Analyst capabilities, comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
- Experience with large-scale ERP or student management systems highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments, balancing competing priorities, and delivering results.
