Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to join our team as Store Manager. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience of leading multi-site or big box stores, a deep understanding of store operations, and a proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen and a head for numbers, enabling them to monitor and manage multiple levels of performance including sales and profitability, inventory and labour.
  • They will be confident and cool-headed under pressure, persevering in the face of inevitable setbacks.
  • The role requires the ability to plan and set achievable goals, helping the team stay on course.
  • The Store Manager will take personal accountability for the in-store experience and upholding the brand standards, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
