Store Leadership Opportunity

Good Guys is looking for an accomplished retail leader to take charge of a dynamic store environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive sales growth through effective store operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and drive profitability.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and other key performance indicators to ensure efficient store operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior leadership position within a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving profitability, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
