Leading Carton Rate and Sustainability

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to manage our Nightfill operations. As a Nightfill Manager, you will play a key role in delivering carton rate and driving availability to ensure our customers have what they need.

You will lead your team to achieve this goal while prioritizing our sustainability commitments through recycling. This includes planning and executing strategies to minimize waste and maximize recycling efforts.

  • Plan and execute strategies to deliver carton rate and drive availability.
  • Prioritize sustainability commitments through recycling initiatives.

This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and empower teams, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the store leadership team and team members to ensure we provide our customers with a great shopping experience and our team with a great place to work.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead department operations, providing guidance and support to team members.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve carton rate and drive availability.
  3. Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and increase recycling efforts.
  4. Work closely with the store leadership team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
