Contract Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Contract Management professional to join our team at Randstad. As a Contract Management Expert, you will play a key role in leading the development, execution, and monitoring of contracts for goods, services, and work across various business services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on contracts, supply arrangements, consultancy contracts, and works contracts.
  • Identify and manage risks throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Manage disputes, claims, and financial monitoring to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Continuously track contract performance within budget and ensure legislative compliance.
  • Assist divisions in delivering operational tasks by developing and executing contract management plans and sourcing strategies.
  • Liaise with managers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure smooth contract implementation.
Requirements:
  • Strategic contract management experience across different projects and categories.
  • A proactive working approach and innovative methods for improvement.
  • Confidence in building relationships and staying updated on relevant legislative and contractual requirements.
