About the Role:
  • You will conduct virtual consultations via phone and video for general health concerns, chronic conditions, and acute presentations
  • Provide prescriptions, referrals, pathology requests, and ongoing treatment plans to support patient well-being
  • Review structured patient histories before consultations to improve clinical efficiency and deliver high-quality care
  • Carry out follow-ups and long-term care management, ensuring continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Support a diverse patient base, including those in regional and remote areas with limited access to in-person care
Key Responsibilities:
