
Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day company administration activities, including bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, client invoicing, weekly payroll, and monthly reporting. Proficiency with Xero is a must.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks
- Bank reconciliation and accounting duties
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Client invoicing and payment management
- Weekly payroll and benefits administration
- Monthly financial reporting and analysis
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1+ year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
- Proficiency in Xero and other accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proven track record of maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Part-time hours: 25-40 per week.
Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
Experience and Qualifications:Relevant experience in bookkeeping or a related field is required. Preference will be given to candidates with 3+ years of experience and proficiency in Xero.
