Bookkeeper / Payroll Officer Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day company administration activities, including bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, client invoicing, weekly payroll, and monthly reporting. Proficiency with Xero is a must.

  • Monthly financial reporting and analysis
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Proficiency in Xero and other accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proven track record of maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.

Experience and Qualifications:

Relevant experience in bookkeeping or a related field is required. Preference will be given to candidates with 3+ years of experience and proficiency in Xero.
