Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of the Inclusive Employment Australia team, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with local employers, understanding their workforce needs, and supporting them to hire more people with a disability.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the local labour market and emerging industries
  • Proactively identifying and developing new employer relationships
  • Helping employers adapt their processes or roles to accommodate candidates with specific needs
  • Engaging job-ready candidates and matching them with employers through referrals, job carving, and reverse marketing
  • Working closely with Employment Consultants and Ongoing Support Consultants to build opportunities in industries relevant to caseload needs and providing post-placement support to participants and their employers
  • Achieving or exceeding all KPIs and applying an outcome-focused, high-performance approach to the role

About You:

  • Relevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services, or other relevant fields
  • Previous experience in employment services, including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment, and provision of post-placement support
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, account management, or sales
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Working knowledge of local employers and their recruitment demands
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate through various methods with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Performance-focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPIs
  • Must hold a Driver's license as travel throughout the region will be required
