Overview

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating service operations, working closely with service technicians, customers, and internal teams. Your role will ensure that service plans are implemented effectively, schedules are optimised, and customer satisfaction remains high.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule service technicians for maintenance, installations, and emergency repairs
  • Optimise technician schedules for maximum efficiency
  • Facilitate site entry and mobilisation requirements
  • Monitor technician availability and adjust plans for urgent requests
  • Assess customer needs and recommend tailored service plans
  • Ensure timely cost allocation and invoicing for service work
  • Maintain accurate service records and databases
  • Prepare reports on service utilisation and customer outcomes
  • Support continuous improvement of service coordination processes
  • Collaborate with internal departments and maintain strong customer relationships
