We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support by coordinating correspondence, preparing reports, and handling information requests
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of expense claims on behalf of site staff
  • Assist in managing rosters, including data entry and record checking
  • Maintain systems and procedures for contractual requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar administration role
  • Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a supportive high-performing team
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card or equivalent)
  • Medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing) prior to commencement
  • Tertiary qualifications
  • Proof of right to work
