We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Coordinator to support the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture. This is a site-based role at RAAF Base Wagga, with relocation packages available.

About the Role:

The Senior Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for operational management of Riverina Redevelopment Program projects to deliver optimum results while maintaining a Zero Harm environment, cost, and quality delivery as tendered.

  • Prepare and implement operational project budgets and plans in accordance with current business unit requirements.
  • Oversee business performance and systems, providing recommendations for business improvement and growth.
  • Coordinate contract planning and management of required resources.
  • Examine contract documents and drawings pre-work.
  • Identify and estimate risks and opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will hold or be able to obtain Government Security Clearance, possess a relevant engineering/project management degree, and have proven experience delivering complex construction projects. Additionally, you will bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
