Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team, supporting the transmission lines and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate correspondence, prepare reports, and handle information requests with high-level administrative support
  • Prepare and submit expense claims in a timely and accurate manner on behalf of site staff
  • Manage rosters, including data entry and record checking
  • Input and maintain purchase orders in SAP, including goods receipt, journals, and queries
  • Collect and collate timesheet information
  • Provide site office support, accurate data entry, filing, and daily diary management
  • Purchase materials, equipment, and consumables, coordinating delivery to site
  • Maintain systems and procedures for contractual requirements
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, employees, and the public to ensure positive interactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar administration role
  • Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a supportive high-performing team
  • Ability to work independently to organize and prioritize demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow through within a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience in SAP is highly regarded
