Job Title: Sustainability Professional
The role of a Sustainability Professional involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of an Environmental Management System. This system ensures that our operations comply with relevant environmental protection licenses, client specifications, and conditions of consent.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain a robust Environmental Management System to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable practices throughout the organization;
- Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics to inform business decisions;
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with environmental objectives;
Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field;
- Proven experience in environmental management, sustainability, or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, policies, and industry best practices;
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
