About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled medical sales professional to join our team as a Territory Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing sales of our capital and consumables products in the Tasmanian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a small territory of hospital accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Analyse and interpret sales data to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Represent our high-quality premium products to surgeons, heads of department, and procurement teams, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
  • Support clinical cases and demonstrations, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in medical device sales or pharmaceutical sales, with experience working in the hospital environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for winning.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong technical aptitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
