Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and key opportunities within the digital grid ecosystem.

Analyze regulatory, economic, and competitive landscapes to develop and direct business strategies.

Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.

Support the development of a robust sales funnel aligned with growth objectives.

Work with the greater team to expand relationships with utilities, regulators, partners, and industry collaborators.

Represent us at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote our Digital Grid portfolio.

Collaborate with internal teams - including engineering, product management, and sales - to shape value propositions tailored to client needs.

Translate customer requirements into innovative and competitive offering strategies.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Energy Systems, or a related field.

Experience: Experience in business development, sales, or account management within the energy sector, with a focus on digital, smart grid, or utility markets.

Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in transmission system planning and operating studies, and power system performance analyses.

Understanding of grid connection procedures and grid codes, and experience working with independent/transmission system operators (ISO/TSO), utilities, and developers.

Understanding of digital grid technologies, including overhead line monitoring, grid automation systems, and intelligent substation or transmission equipment from leading industry providers.

Proven ability to cultivate relationships with clients, partners, and collaborators at all organizational levels.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in delivering presentations and proposals to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and implement in a structured manner.

Comfortable navigating a fast-changing industry landscape and adapting to evolving business priorities.

Interest to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
