Job Title: Employability Skills Facilitator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging training and support services to enhance jobseekers' employability
  • Manage group training sessions, both online and face-to-face
  • Support participants in identifying their skills and securing employment
  • Develop career development plans for individuals
  • Organize and implement training programs for participants
  • Build relationships with local employers and community organizations
  • Invite industry experts to share knowledge with participants
  • Travel to deliver training across the region

About the Role:

The role of an Employability Skills Facilitator is to empower jobseekers to become more competitive in their local labour market.

We provide a supportive environment where individuals can develop their skills and achieve independence and improved wellbeing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment (desirable)
  • RSA certificate (desirable)
