  • Utilize leadership skills to support and mentor team members as a specialist.
  • Promote an inclusive and supportive work environment that fosters exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in skincare or sales is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability to work 5 full days across key trading times, including late-night and weekend shifts.
  • Dedicated to the beauty industry and skilled at providing expert advice and guidance.
