The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you'll build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer experiences. You'll work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster. Your duties will include:

  • Building connections with customers to provide expert sleep solutions
  • Collaborating with your team in store operations
  • Merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and delivering an outstanding customer experience

To succeed, you'll need:

  • A proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets and key performance indicators
  • Proven retail experience in furniture and bulky goods retail
  • Confidence in dealing with people, products, and the sales process
  • Exceptional selling skills and ability to build repeat business
  • Competency in computer and literacy skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
