">As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless service delivery. You will be responsible for supporting projects, processing orders, and collaborating with colleagues across sales, service, logistics, and operations.

- Support customer projects with upcoming major site activities
- Partner closely with Site Account Managers to provide quotations, process sales orders, and manage service requests
- Work hands-on with SAP, Salesforce, and other key business systems
- Collaborate with colleagues to keep projects on track
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or operations. You will be comfortable with IT systems and software, organised, and detail-focused. A strong communicator who enjoys working with people and solving problems is essential.
