We are seeking a skilled Workplace Relations Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting people initiatives, contributing to creative projects, and working collaboratively with a team.

This role will involve assisting the HR team with various tasks, including employer branding, recruitment outreach, and internal communications. You will be responsible for publishing job postings, tracking candidate applications, and compiling shortlists of suitable candidates. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining employee records and digital HR documents, draft internal announcements, and support the planning and coordination of team engagement activities or virtual events.
