About People And Culture, we are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a key point of contact for HR queries and support. This is a permanent, full-time position based in either Blackburn or Redfern.

The successful candidate will report directly to the P&C Assistance Manager and play a crucial role in supporting employees, volunteers, and managers across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include providing first-line HR support, maintaining data accuracy in Workday, coaching and building capability among internal stakeholders, contributing to system enhancements, and driving continuous improvement in processes.

We seek a proactive and resourceful HR professional with a degree or qualification in Human Resources or a related field. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards, and HR policy frameworks, as well as demonstrated experience in an HR support role.
